RELEASE STATEMENT
I, __________________________ , hereby agree to release the Hannah
Mansion and PROOF Paranormal of any liability for injuries, medical occurrence,
or death taking place during a stay in the home. I also acknowledge that none of
those mentioned above are responsible for items lost, damaged or stolen while in
the home. I agree that any media acquired while in the home, be it photo, audio,
or video, is not to be published in any way or made available for public view
without the written consent of the Hannah Mansion management, and understand
that violating this could result in actions taken against me. I acknowledge that if
bringing a minor to this event, I am agreeing to accompany them throughout the
stay, and take full responsibility for any and all of their actions.
